Shed What No Longer Serves

Every autumn, nature lets go. The trees become naked and stand tall—not ashamed of their shape, not clinging to what they were—but proud of what they are, even in stillness.

They remind us: letting go is not loss—it’s liberation.

In the autumn season, the forest becomes a teacher of truth. The falling leaves whisper:
“You are allowed to release. You are allowed to change.”

The forest shows us that releasing what was prepares us for what is—and for what is to come.
Each leaf, though fallen, once waited quietly in the branch, and so too do your new beginnings wait—hidden, alive, and becoming.

Letting go is not the end. It is the sacred beginning of becoming.

Ritual:
Write down what you're ready to release.
Tear it, bury it, or burn it with love. Let the act be sacred. Make space for what’s new.

Affirmation:
“I let go with grace. I do not fear the fall. I trust what is waiting to bloom.”
